- Work Dates Needed: 2/26 through 5/29/2026 with possible extension
- Preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday (8a-5p); Open to 4 days/week schedule as well
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient freestanding clinic
- Scope of Work: Urgent Care, work related injuries, pre-employment physicals
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active CO license, Board Certification, DEA, BLS, and DOT Certification are required.
- Pay Rate Preferred: $75-78/hr
