Locums NP/PA – Urgent Care
Location: Wichita Falls, Texas
Local Candidates Only
Key Availability Details
- Start Date: February 1, 2026
- Duration: 6 months
- Schedule:
- Monday–Saturday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Sunday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Coverage Type: Consistent availability required
- Patient Volume: 30–60 patients per day
- Setting: Busy, fast-paced urgent care
- Position Type: NP or PA (APPs only)
- Specialty: Urgent Care
- Practice Environment: Typical UC setting
- Patient Population: Pediatrics (3 months+) and adults
- Required Experience:
- 3–6 years of experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Family Practice
- Must be comfortable in a high-volume environment
- Pediatric experience required (3 months and up)
- Family Medicine
- Emergency Medicine
- Med-Peds
- Laceration repair
- Incision and drainage (I&D)
- Read X-rays
- Read EKGs
- Work Comp experience
- DOT certification
- Practice Velocity
- Local candidates only
- Urgent Care, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics experience preferred
