Responsibilities and Duties
- Evaluate and treat walk-in patients presenting with a range of acute issues including colds, minor cuts, sprains, and strains
- Provide care for both adult and pediatric populations
- Utilize onsite laboratory and x-ray services during walk-in clinic hours
- Collaborate with physicians and other advanced practice clinicians, with independent coverage as needed
- Maintain complete and accurate patient records
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and quality standards
Additional Information
- Must be licensed as a Physician Assistant in Wisconsin
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Urgent Care required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Must be comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a clinic attached to a family practice facility
