### Advanced Practice Provider Urgent Care Opportunity in Dover, OH

### Position Overview
A nationally certified Advanced Practice Provider is needed to join a growing walk-in primary care group. This role emphasizes health promotion, disease prevention, and the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic health conditions. Providers will deliver comprehensive ambulatory care for patients ages six months and older in a fast-paced Express Care environment.
This position requires flexibility, compassion, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. New graduates are welcome to apply and will receive a structured onboarding and mentoring program.

### Responsibilities
Conduct medical histories and perform physical examinations
Order, interpret, and act on lab, radiology, cardiographic, and diagnostic tests
Develop diagnoses and treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
Perform routine and specialized procedures as credentialed
Prescribe and monitor medications within licensure guidelines
Educate patients on conditions, treatment plans, and medication use
Coordinate care and ensure continuity with specialists and other departments
Participate in quality reviews and patient outcome monitoring
Support evidence-based practice and contribute to staff development
Serve as a preceptor and assist with onboarding when needed
Float to other ambulatory locations as required
Participate in research activities as appropriate

### Requirements
Nurse Practitioner (NP):
Active NP and RN licensure in applicable state(s)
National NP certification
BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required based on setting
Graduate of an accredited NP program; MSN required (or within 3 years of hire per policy)
Must meet all credentialing and privileging requirements
Physician Assistant (PA):
Graduate of an accredited PA program
NCCPA certification
State licensure and prescribing authority
DEA or designee as required
BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP/ATLS may be required based on setting
Must meet all credentialing and privileging requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
1 year of advanced practice experience
Ambulatory or primary care background
Family-certified NP (for NP applicants)

### Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Fast-paced primary/urgent care setting
Evenings, weekends, holidays, and call may be required
Must be able to stand/walk for long periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Exposure to communicable diseases and bodily fluids possible
Requires standard PPE compliance

### Compensation
Salary Range: $101,900 – $173,220 annually
Actual compensation determined by experience, education, and skillset
