We are searching for a full time Post Acute Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Manchester, NH. The hours are Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM, no weekends no call rounding. This position involves delivering comprehensive medical care, managing chronic and acute conditions, and optimizing the well-being of patients as they transition from acute care to post-acute care. The NP or PA will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patients receive high-quality, personalized care and support their recovery.

Benefits:

  • Salary: $120,000 base with the opportunity to make $180,000 - $220,000

Requirements:

  • Current, unrestricted NP or PA licensure in the state of New Hampshire.
