Qualifications:
Educational Background: Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Licensure and Certification: Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Missouri (or willingness to obtain one). Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Experience: One year of proven experience in urgent care or a similar fast-paced clinical setting, showcasing strong clinical and diagnostic decision-making skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a patient-centered approach to care.
Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using electronic health record systems, ensuring accurate and secure documentation.
Commitment to Excellence: Demonstrate a commitment to delivering compassionate and patient-centered care, aligned with the values of SSM Health.
