Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide autonomous urgent care to a high volume of patients (40+ per shift)
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Collaborate with medical assistants and front desk staff
- Manage cases efficiently within a streamlined provider/MA/front desk business model
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and state regulations
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
Additional Information
- Must be licensed as a Physician Assistant in North Carolina
- Must be able to work independently; new graduates will not be considered
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certifications required
- DOT certification is a plus
