Job Details

- Schedule: Full-time, 36/40 rotation; must be able to float between nearby clinics; weekdays 8am-8pm, weekends 8am-4pm; every other weekend required
- Example Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday
- Example Week 2: Monday, Thursday, Friday
Responsibilities and Duties
- Deliver urgent care services autonomously for a diverse patient population
- Manage high patient volumes, seeing 40+ patients per shift
- Collaborate with a medical assistant and front desk staff in a streamlined clinical model
- Provide clinical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment within scope of urgent care practice
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold quality standards of patient care
- Float between relatively close clinic locations as needed
Additional Information
- Must be able to work independently; new graduates will not be considered
- Valid and unrestricted North Carolina PA license required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certifications required
- DOT certification is a plus
- Prior urgent care experience preferred
