Responsibilities and Duties
- Serve as the only provider onsite, delivering urgent care services to all age groups
- Evaluate and treat a varying daily volume of patients, averaging 20 per day
- Perform common urgent care procedures, including suturing and splinting
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Adapt to a fluctuating patient flow, with days ranging from fewer than 10 to over 30 patients
- Uphold high standards of patient care and adhere to all clinic protocols
Additional Information
- Must hold an active Washington license
- Must possess a clean background
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Board certification in Family Nurse Practitioner and Urgent Care preferred
- Recent experience in urgent care and managing high patient volumes independently
- Ability to start within two weeks and commit to a minimum of four months, with priority given to those available for a six-month assignment
