This client will provide housing for their providers

- Facility Type Critical Access. Trauma IV
- Physician Assistant would be practicing independently so they would have to be experienced enough to be comfortable with that.
Practice Setting
- Hospital Setting: Critical Access Trauma Level Adult IV
- Standard4, Day (10 Hours) 8:00 - 18:00
- Pts seen per day 20-40
Requirements
- Board Certified – REQUIRED
- DEA Oregon - is Highly REQUIRED
- Active Oregon license - REQUIRED
- EMR, EPIC – REQUIRED
