This client will provide housing for their providers

- Immediate and ongoing need for Locums Physician Assistant Urgent Care• La Grande, OR
- Facility Type Critical Access. Trauma IV
- Physician Assistant would be practicing independently so they would have to be experienced enough to be comfortable with that.
Practice Setting
- Hospital Setting: Critical Access Trauma Level Adult IV
- Standard4, Day (10 Hours) 8:00 - 18:00
Qualifications
• Board Certified – REQUIRED
• DEA Oregon - is Highly REQUIRED
• Active Oregon license - REQUIRED
• EMR, EPIC – REQUIRED
Credentialing
• Credentialing window: 60 DAYS
