Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide independent 12-hour night coverage in the ICU
- Manage a mixed ICU patient population
- Mentor and support less experienced advanced practice providers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Additional Information
- Must hold active Maryland Physician Assistant license
- Previous mixed ICU experience required
- Experience mentoring APPs preferred
