All Star is seeking an experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant for a permanent urgent care position in northwest Oregon. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling, a strong work/life balance, and a collaborative clinical environment with no on-call or administrative days.

  • Wednesday – Saturday evenings: 2 p.m. – 12 a.m. or 3 p.m. – 12 a.m.

  • Sunday – Wednesday: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m., 9 a.m. – 7 p.m., 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.

  • Wednesday – Saturday: 2 p.m. – 7 p.m., 9 a.m. – 7 p.m., 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.

  • 34 hours/week; additional pay for evening differential for shifts after 6 p.m.

• Support Staff:

  • Medical Assistant (added as clinic volume increases)

  • Additional provider support as needed

• Clinical Responsibilities:

  • Perform urgent care procedures including I&Ds, suturing, and splinting

  • Provide primary and acute care for patients of all ages

• Experience Requirements: Minimum one year of experience treating all age groups in urgent care settings
