Practice Setting: Urgent Care Clinic

Documentation System/EMR: Anthem

Supervision: Supervising physician available via phone during assignment

Procedures: Episodic care, injury treatment

Patient Age Demographic: Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric

Mileage Reimbursement: Mileage billed at IRS Standard Rate (local providers only)
Requirements:

Board Certified (NCCPA) – REQUIRED
-
Active Virginia license – REQUIRED
-
BLS – REQUIRED
-
Provider must be local (Virginia) – REQUIRED
-
Minimum of 36 hours per week (3x12-hour shifts) with rotating weekends – REQUIRED
