  • Very competitive total compensation opportunity: $173k+ - RVU production bonus based on annual threshold - Quality incentives up to $18,500 annually
  • Commencement bonus: $20,000
  • Annual CME: $8,000 (includes licensing, dues, and subscriptions) + paid CME time

Position Details Urgent Care Clinic Flexible schedule with 10-12 hour shifts Average 15-20 patients per day - Scribe provided for providers averaging 15+ patients daily On-site X-ray 6 exam rooms Full-time, permanent position Utilizes Epic EMR Community Details Located in a picturesque Pacific Northwest community, nestled in the eastern foothills of the Blue Mountains and surrounded by the Eagle Caps, Wallowa, and Elkhorn mountain ranges. The area offers: Above-average school system (as rated by GreatSchools.org) A variety of outdoor activities, including: - Biking, hiking, alpine lakes, skiing, rock climbing, water sports, hunting, fishing, and bird watching - Mt.
