Position Details

Start Date: June 21, 2025

Schedule: 12-hour shifts (8 AM – 8 PM), Monday through Sunday

Minimum Commitment: 10–15 shifts per month

Setting: Solo provider coverage in a busy urgent care clinic

Clinical Support: Onsite medical assistants and rad techs
-
EMR: Epic
-
Credentialing: Full and temporary privileges available
Typical Patient Presentation
-
Cold/flu symptoms
-
Rashes and minor skin conditions
-
Sprains, abrasions, and minor burns
-
Splinting and minor procedures
-
All high-acuity cases referred to the local ER
Candidate Requirements
-
Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
-
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
-
Active DEA and CSR
-
West Virginia license required
(IMLC candidates accepted with full WV license by start date) -
Background in Urgent Care, Hospital, or Family Practice settings
Compensation & Travel
-
Hourly Rate: $130/hour
-
Travel: Fully covered — mileage, lodging, rental car & fuel, airfare
