About the position:
The clinic is seeking a part-time board-certified (Family Medicine preferred) physician assistant to join its new hospital-owned practice. The clinic located within a half mile of the main hospital and ER. With an average daily volume of 25-35, the walk-in clinic treats patients of all ages for a range of acute conditions. We seek a skilled and experienced candidate who is comfortable with being the solo provider and who maintains a strong focus and commitment to providing outstanding and compassionate care to all patients.

Open 5 days a week: Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm
Provider may be expected to work extended evenings or rotating weekends as the practice grows
Excellent work-life balance- NO call requirements or overnight shifts!
Convenient, walk-in care provided for non-life-threatening injuries to both adult and pediatric patients
Common needs treated include: respiratory conditions, digestive conditions, urinary conditions, skin conditions, lacerations and sprains, drug testing, IV fluids, immunizations, injections, sutures, x-ray (with radiologist looking behind), and lab testing
Assist with training, orientation, and clinical support for new providers, advanced practice providers, and clinical support staff
