- Supervising Physician Present During Assignment: Yes, supervising physician will be available via phone
- Procedures: Episodic care, injury treatment
- Patient Age Demographic: Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :
- Board Certified (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA) - REQUIRED
- Active VA license - REQUIRED
- BLS - REQUIRED
- Provider Must be Local - REQUIRED
