- Work Dates Needed: Tues, Nov 5th and Wed, Nov 6th + vacation/other PRN dates going forward
- Preferred Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-8pm / Sat/Sun: 8am-5pm
- Worksite Setting: freestanding urgent care
- Scope of Work: coughs/colds, minor injuries, rashes, incisions, sutures, simple laceration repairs & I&D, some occupational medicine physicals, workers comp injuries, x-rays. They will see patients ages 1-yr and above
- Average number of patients seen per day: 15-25
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: MA state license, BLS, ACLS, DEA, DOT Preferred
- EMR: Experity
