**Urgent Care NP Opening in Horseheads/Erwin, NY**
**Position Details:**
- Full-time, permanent
- Employed
- Seeking an experienced FNP to join Walk-In Care practices located in Horseheads and Erwin, NY.
- Walk-In Care/Urgent Care or Family Medicine/Primary Care experience preferred.
- Working collaboratively with the Family Medicine group; the successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the health status of his/her patients, including integration and evaluation of diagnostic testing modalities, and development/implementation of appropriate treatment plans. The candidate will rotate shifts between both locations.
