Requirements:
- Must be capable of working independently
- Open to new graduates with experience in Emergency Room (ER), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), or Urgent Care settings as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Schedule:
- Rotating 4/3 schedule, with 12-hour shifts except for Sundays. Specific hours are outlined below:
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday (8 AM - 8 PM); Saturday (8 AM - 8 PM)
- Week 2: Sunday (1 PM - 7 PM); Wednesday, Thursday (8 AM - 8 PM)
- Option for 7 consecutive days on, followed by 7 days off
- The schedule repeats, with flexibility
Practice Setting:
- Daily patient load: Approximately 40-50 patients per day
- Four days per week, a second provider is present from 8 AM to 5 PM (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday)
- Support staff includes 2-3 Medical Assistants/Licensed Vocational Nurses and 1-2 Office Staff
Contract Details:
- Training in March, with a full-time schedule starting on April 19th
