- License: CT license, Willing to license but prefers licensed candidates for a quick start
- Willing to License?: Yes
- Board Certification: APP
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed, late Jan early Feb
- End Date: Summer 2024 but likely ongoing need
- Schedule Needed: Full Time, Mon-Fri 8AM to 8PM, Any weekend hours are 9AM to 5PM (depending on location).
- Other Support Staff: Rad Tech and MA at each location plus support staff.
- Type of Facility: Urgent Care.
- Procedures: Facility requires 2 years of UC/EM experience, vaccines, COVID testing.
- Patient Census: 40-45 patients per 12 hour shift
- EMR: EPIC
- Other Information: Position is regional - not center specific so providers will need to be willing to work at any location within the region.
