Hospital system in Milford CT is looking for Urgent Care APPs for a full time locums position.

REQUIREMENTS:

*Full Time

*Facility requires 2 years of UC/EM experience.

*Must have CT license

JOB DETAILS:
Hours Mon-Fri 8AM to 8PM - Weekend hours are 9AM to 5PM or 8a - 8p (depending on location).

*Position is regional, not center specific so providers will need to be willing to work at any location within the Milford, CT area.

*Must have all required current certifications if NP/PA. These are all standalone UC centers and providers will work independently.

*Rad Tech and MA at each location plus support staff.

*Creds will be 50-60 days.

PAY RATE:

*120/hr
