Envision Physician Services is actively recruiting advanced practice providers for an exciting and unique opportunity at the HSHS Door County DirectCare Clinic located in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. This position will provide basic medical care such as labs, diagnosis of muscle/tissue injuries, generalized pain, URI and other basic medical needs.

This brand-new freestanding facility will be operated by Door County Medical Center. The DirectCare Clinic will operate on a daytime schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with observance of major U.S. holidays. This location will provide basic medical services such as labs, basic diagnosis, tick removal and suture removal.
