Job Responsibilities
β’ Manage vascular surgery patients in clinic and inpatient settings
β’ Conduct consults, follow-ups, and daily patient evaluations
β’ Assist with pre- and post-operative vascular care
β’ Participate in hospital rounds and coordinate treatment plans
β’ Support procedures including bypass and amputations
Qualifications
β’ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery
β’ Active Pennsylvania Physician Assistant License (Required)
β’ DEA Certification (Required)
β’ Minimum 1 year of vascular experience (surgical experience not required)
Working Hours
β’ Day Shift: 7:00 AM β 5:00 PM (10-hour shift)
β’ Schedule: Every other Wednesday
β’ No call required
Skills
β’ Strong clinical and procedural knowledge in vascular care
β’ Ability to manage both outpatient and inpatient workflows
β’ Experience with EPIC EMR
β’ Effective communication and care coordination skills
β’ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital setting
