Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: 4 days/week (10-hour shifts) or 5 days/week (8-hour shifts)
Shift Coverage: Scheduled + On Call
About the Role
Seeking a skilled Vascular Surgery Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic hospital team. In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive patient care, including rounding, consults, and assisting in the OR for complex vascular cases. You’ll work alongside residents and nursing staff in a high-volume, 500+ bed Level 1 trauma hospital.
Responsibilities
- Manage 20+ patients per day in-house
- Round and perform consults for adult patients (18+)
- Assist in the OR if experienced
- Collaborate with residents, surgeons, and nursing staff
- Utilize EPIC EMR for charting
Requirements
- Board-Certified PA or NP
- Pennsylvania license (willing to license)
- DEA required
- Minimum 1 year of hospital experience in vascular surgery or related field
