A Client located in Southwest Idaho looking for a Vascular Surgery APP locum to help with clinic 4 days per week, ongoing, starting as soon as the Provider is credentialed.

Details:
- Coverage needed: Clinic only 8a-5p, Monday - Thursday. 2-4 weeks per month. **Flexible on provider availability**
- Level II Trauma- HIGH ACUITY and INTENSITY
- Client will reimburse for travel (Local? Even better!)
- 60-90 day credentialing timeframe
Requirements:
- AANP/NCCPA
- ID license or IMLC
- DEA/CSR
- BLS
Certification Requirements:
- Controlled Substance (CSR/CDS)
- DEA
Compensation:
- Competitive compensation for the right Provider. (Candidates can submit their preferred pay rate with presentation.)
- ProTouch takes care of Malpractice with tail & all travel expenses.
