West Michigan Hospital seeking experienced Cardio thoracic Surgery PA for immediate start
30 Day Credentialing time frame or Less!
Practice on the shores of beautiful Lake Michigan
-Level II Trauma Center
-Join 4 physicians, 4 Midlevels
-100% inpatient, adults
-Surgical First Assist - CT Surgery First Assist Experience a Must
-15-20 patients/day
-1-2 Admissions
-3/days week - 10 hr shifts
-24 hour call 1 day per week
- One Weekend call (Fri-Mon) per month
Job Responsibilities:
- 100% Inpatient/Adult Coverage
- Pre-op exams and tests
- First Assist in Surgery
- Endoscopic Vein Harvesting- Experience Preferred
- Additional Procedures required include placement of arterial & central lines, chest tubes, thoracentesis
-Review Labs, images, orders according to on call surgeons requests
