Jackson and Coker's valued client in central Florida needs 1-2 CT Surgery PA-C or NPs to assist with 24-hour inpatient call coverage for the floor + OR in 2025 & 2026.
Seeking 24-hour call coverage (7A - 7A) on the following dates:
2025:
--11/21 (7am) – 11/25 (7am)
--12/1 (7am) – 12/2 (7am)
--12/8 (7am) – 12/13 (7am)
--12/15 (7am) – 12/16 (7am)
--12/19 (7am) – 12/23 (7am)
--12/29 (7am) – 12/30 (7am)
2026:
--1/2 (7am) – 1/6 (7am)
--1/12 (7am) – 1/13 (7am)
--1/16 (7am) – 1/20 (7am)
--1/26 (7am) – 1/27 (7am)
Details/Requirements for Assignment #112096:
+ Active Florida license + DEA required
+ Seeking candidates that are Board Certified with a minimum of 2 years of CT Surgery/OR/EVH experience and have recent EVH case logs
+ Will be on call as OR 1st assist + covering the floor (will work alongside of other CT Surgery APPs on the floor, just not OR 1st assist)
+ Will work alongside of 2-3 CT Surgeons that rotate call within the facility
+ Will be required to round on patients, see emergent consults + assist with pre & post op care and assist in the OR
+ Volume varies, will round on 8-12 PPD & can see up to 2-8 emergent procedures each weekend
+ Must include a minimum of 8 hours of inpatient work in 24hr call coverage rate during week days & a minimum of 2 on weekends
+ Facility detail: not a designated trauma center, 375+ bed facility, central Florida location (about an hour from Orlando), EPIC EMR
