We are seeking a Physician Assistant with Cardiothoracic Surgery experience for a Locum-to-Perm role in Virginia. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team, gain valuable surgical experience, and transition into a permanent position.
Job Responsibilities
🔄 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation
📅 Weekend coverage: 2 weekends per month
🌙 On-call nights: 7 per week
🏥 75% inpatient, 25% outpatient (100% adult)
📋 Weekend rounds: 5–10 patients
🖥️ EMR: EPIC
✅ Training provided
🕑 Credentialing: 90–120 days
Qualifications
Relevant Cardiothoracic Surgery training/experience
Active VA license
Active DEA
Working Hours
📅 Weekend coverage: 2 weekends per month
🌙 On-call nights: 7 per week
