This role is based in the Pacific Northwest at the heart of the stunningly beautiful Puget Sound region of Washington. Snapshot:
Hospital-based – OR, ICU, PCU, surgical units
Low PA/NP and surgeon turnover
Full-spectrum conventional cardiac and thoracic surgery (except VAD, ECMO, and transplant)
Endoscopic vein harvest (Required)
Open radial harvest (Desired, but willing to train)
Robotic thoracic/cardiac surgery (Desired, but willing to train)
ICU patient management experience – ventilator, drips, etc.
Salary:
$152,791 to $215,233 / Year Depending on education, training, and experience

Qualifications:
Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
PR/BLS + ACLS – (or ability to obtain)
1 year of previous cardiac and thoracic surgery experience
ICU patient management experience – ventilator, drips, etc.
