Physician Assistant – Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
Location: Bergen County, NJ
Type: Full-Time | Schedule: Monday–Friday, Daytime Hours
Compensation: $110,000–$120,000 + Year-End Bonus Potential
A well-established plastic and reconstructive surgery group in northern New Jersey is seeking a Physician Assistant to join its growing team. This role is ideally suited for a recent graduate or PA with up to 1–2 years of experience who is eager to build a career in both surgical and aesthetic medicine.

Job Responsibilities
Hands-on training with board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeons
Assist in surgical procedures (cosmetic and reconstructive)
Provide wound care, pre- and post-op support, and patient education
Participate in the launch of a new aesthetics program, including injectables
Structured mentorship and long-term growth path
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited PA program
NCCPA certified or board-eligible
Active or eligible NJ license
Strong interest in plastic and aesthetic medicine
Team-oriented, motivated, and open to learning
