ICON Medical Network is looking for a Plastic Surgery Physician Assistant to join our partner's full-time team in Northern Central Iowa.

This is a DIRECT-HIRE OPPORTUNITY

Key Responsibilities for the Plastic Surgery PA:

• Work with assigned Plastic Surgeon, assisting in procedures, surgeries, and patient documentation
• Manage a diverse caseload of patients, while assessing, planning, and determining the possible need for plastic and reconstructive surgery

Key Requirements for the Plastic Surgery PA:

• At least 1-2 years of first assist experience preferred as a Physician Assistant, with plastic surgery focus or experience
• Must have strong knowledge of plastic surgery to assist surgeons with procedures
• Experience working alongside physicians in the OR
• Interest in working a split schedule between OR and Clinic
• Current and valid Physician Assistant License

Compensation and Schedule for the Orthopedic PA:

• Target base salary is $110,000 - $150,000 + additional (depending on experience)

• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm working hours
