Locums – Michigan, NP/PA Neurosurgery Opportunity

• Locum tenens opportunity
• Start date: TBD
• Seeking an AC-NP or Physician Assistant with neurosurgery experience
• Minimum experience required: 2 years managing neurology or neurosurgery patients (must be current)
• Special Procedures/Skills Required: Private Surgeons, resident service, APPs doing TOC work

• Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Shift length: 12 hours
• Schedule pattern: 3 day shifts

• Provide support for the neurosurgery service
• Manage patients with neurological and neurosurgical conditions
• Specific procedural requirements not provided by the facility

• Collaborative clinical environment with neurosurgical team support

• Board Certification: AC-NP or Physician Assistant required
• Minimum two years of recent experience with neuro/neurosurgery patients required
• Active Michigan license required
• ACLS certification required
• DEA required

• Hospital-based neurosurgery program
• APPs support physician-led neurosurgical services
• Established inpatient care environment with collaborative team structure
