Join a high-volume, multidisciplinary neurosurgery team serving both adult and pediatric populations in Tampa, FL. We’re urgently seeking two experienced Advanced Practice Providers (PA or NP First Assist) to support inpatient rounding and surgical first assist — no outpatient duties required.
Position Details
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hrs/week) & Part-time (2 weeks/month)
- Setting: Inpatient only – rounding + OR first assist
- Call: Rotated 1:4/5 weekends & 1:4/5 nights
Practice Snapshot
- 5 Neurosurgeons + 4 APPs
- High-volume, well-established program
- Adult & pediatric patient mix
- Collaborative, fast-paced surgical environment
- EMR: Cerner
- Department: Neurological Surgery
- Rate: $150/hr (1099)
- Malpractice: Covered
Qualifications
• ACLS & BLS certifications
• Board Certified
Minimum 2 years of Neurosurgery OR experience as an APP
