- Work Dates Needed: As soon as credentialed | Ongoing needs
- Preferred Schedule: 12hr shifts (7a-7p) Mon-Fri (No call)
- Worksite Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient
- Scope of Work: Rounding on neurosurgery inpatients; Perform patient assessments and documentation; Assist with care coordination and discharge planning; Provide support in clinic as needed; Collaborate closely with neurosurgeons and clinical teams; Will not work solo
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: *Must have Active IL license; Active DEA w/IL address; BC/BE; ACLS & BLS; CSR license *required; Min of 1 year experience
- EMR: EPIC
- Pay Rate Preferred: $120/hr
