Our client is hiring a LOCUM NP/PA – Neurosurgery for a locum assignment in Marathon & Wood County, WI!
Job details:
- Start: 7 July 2025
- Duration: 9 January 2026
- Shift: Mon-Fri, 8a-5p
- Call Frequency 1:3 weekdays/weekends - beeper 20 minute response time
- Procedures - craniotomy, craniectomy, spinal fusions, decompressive surgeries & interventions for aneurysms, tumors, & nerve injuries
- Duties include surgical first assist; bedside procedures; rounding independently in all hospital units including NICU, PICU, Peds, ICU (surgical and medical), and general med/surg floor; hospital and ER/UC consults; clinic duties including outpatient consultations, post-operative/post-hospital patient care, fracture care, patient phone calls, medication refills, and FMLA documentation
- Inpatient & outpatient
- Trauma level 2
- 12 patients per shift, rounding to both assigned & unassigned
- EMR: Cerner
Job Requirements:
- Board Certified/ Eligible
- ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
