- Inpatient and Outpatient
- No call
- Average # patients/day/provider: 20
- Average # admissions/day: 1-2

- Does not serve as back up in the ER
- Monday-Friday rounding with the two providers in the hospital
- Patient consults in office or ED
- Admitting/Discharging/Surgical Patient Care
- BLS certification required
