• Hours Worked for OT to apply: 8 per day
• Rates to be Filled Out on Bid: Clinic and Call: Regular, Orientation, Overtime, Holiday, Night Call, 24 Hour Call, Call-Back.

Ongoing gap coverage may be needed by provider through 2027.

Floor shifts are 7:30 A to 6P with 30-minute unpaid lunch
On call: 6pm to 7:30A next day (beeper call)
Start time may vary, depending on scheduled cases. Shifts are too be billed as regular hours and night call on both weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities will be: Rounding on inpatients post-op, first assist in surgery, seeing patients in clinic

Skills required: Endoscopic and radial artery harvesting, interpret EKGs, X-rays, Labs, ECMO; IABP and Impella
