Located in Davenport, IA - Iowa City 60m; Chicago 165m
Full-time; Employed
Overview:
* Join an established surgical team in a busy regional healthcare system
* Work alongside experienced General Surgeons in a collaborative practice environment
* Blend of operative, inpatient, and consultative responsibilities
* Serve as first assist in the operating room across a variety of surgical procedures
* Perform inpatient rounding and ongoing patient management
* Evaluate and manage emergency department and inpatient consults
* Provide post-operative follow-up care with limited clinic responsibilities
* Opportunity to build broad surgical experience and procedural skills
* Strong physician-APP collaboration and supportive leadership
* Four 10-hour shifts per week
* Daytime schedule with flexibility based on surgical volume
* Voluntary call opportunities available
