Job Responsibilities
• Perform physical exams and document H&P and event notes
• Admit patients and complete pre-operative transplant workups
• Update handoffs and provide verbal sign-out to day team
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary transplant care teams
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of recent inpatient transplant experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
Working Hours
• 3 shifts per week
Skills
• Proficiency in patient admissions and pre-op evaluations
• Effective communication and handoff skills
• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
