Job description
We are seeking an experienced Transplant Physician Assistant to join the prestigious organisation. This is an excellent inpatient opportunity for PAs with strong transplant experience who thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
💼 Position: Transplant Physician Assistant
📍 Location: New York, NY
🏥 Practice Setting: Inpatient
Schedule:
• 3 shifts per week
• 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift)
Key Responsibilities:
• Round on transplant patients
• Perform patient examinations
• Document H&P and event notes
• Update handoffs with important clinical information
• Provide verbal handoff to the day PA in the morning
• Admit transplant candidates arriving overnight
• Perform pre-operative workups for transplant candidates
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 2 years of recent inpatient transplant experience
✔ Active New York PA License (required)
✔ BLS & ACLS certifications required
✔ Experience with Epic EMR
