A well-established organization in Dallas is seeking a Physician Assistant to provide inpatient weekend coverage on a locum basis. This PA role focuses on general surgery and trauma patient populations and involves close collaboration with on-call surgeons.
Job Responsibilities
Perform inpatient admissions, consults, and discharges.
Support general surgery and trauma teams with ED consults and elective case coverage.
Provide inpatient consultation coverage for adult surgical/trauma patients.
Utilize eCW (eClinicalWorks) EMR.
Qualifications
Board Certification or Texas‑specific qualification to practice.
Prior inpatient, surgical, or trauma experience preferred.
