NP/PA General Surgery opening in Wenatchee, Washington
Position Details:
Full-time position, 4- day work week in which days vary depending on rotation
Blend of outpatient and inpatient care with very strong hospitalist program
first assist duties
7-10 patients per day in patient. 16-18 patients per day in outpatient
Collaborative and supportive team-based care environment
Very busy, high-quality practice
Epic Electronic Medical Record
Compensation and Benefits:
$132,000-$161,000
Signing bonus, matching 401k, life insurance, long term disability insurance, plus more
Internal student loan repayment up to $24,000
Relocation stipend of $5,000 in first paycheck
Continuing medical education allowance of $4,000 every two years

Qualifications:
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with surgery experience preferred
Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State
Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families
Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
