Providence St. Mary Medical Center is seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join its growing Orthopedic Surgery team. This is a full-time role that has a Monday to Friday schedule with a flexible 4.5-day work week, including 3 days in clinic and 2 days in the OR, totaling 36 patient-facing hours. The workflow is designed to be manageable, with clinic days typically running shorter and no inpatient rounding required. The role includes 60% clinic and 40% first assist.

You’ll work closely with an experienced orthopedic surgeon who enjoys teaching and is committed to providing hands-on mentorship, making this an excellent opportunity for new graduates. Position Details:

  • Monday to Friday, 4.5-day work week with flexibility
  • 60% clinic / 40% first assist
  • 3 clinic days + 2 OR days per week

  • 1:6 call rotation
  • Embedded physical therapy team for integrated patient care

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Compensation is between $138,617 and $187,121 per year
  • Full benefits including health, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, and more

The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • NP or PA licensed in the state of Washington
  • New graduates are welcome to apply
