Our client, a busy and expanding neuro-spine practice known for its commitment to expert patient care and innovative treatment approaches, is hiring a Physician Assistant, Neurosurgery. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a clinical extension of the neurosurgeon, helping to increase patient volume and optimize care delivery.
  • Work primarily in the outpatient setting, with a focus on clinic-based patient management, and support surgical procedures as needed.
  • Cover occasional weekend phone calls, handling low-volume emergency cases.
  • Practice across two sites, contributing to both office-based and surgical patient care.
  • Collaborate effectively with the surgical team to improve workflow and patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Physician Assistant in New York State.
  • Experience in neurosurgery, spine surgery, or related surgical specialties is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while aligning with the clinical goals of the practice.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in research and continuous practice development is a plus.
