🏥 Physician Assistant – Trauma Surgery (Nocturnist)

🌙 An exciting permanent opportunity is available for an experienced Physician Assistant to join a high-acuity Trauma & Acute Care Surgery team in Loveland, Colorado. This role is ideal for PAs who thrive in fast-paced environments and prefer overnight schedules.

⏰ Schedule

• 12-hour night shifts

• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Full-time, permanent role

• Trauma & acute care coverage overnight 🌃

🩺 Role Highlights

• Provide full-spectrum trauma and acute care surgery coverage

• Manage trauma admissions and emergency general surgery patients

• Perform evaluations, treatment plans, and inpatient management

• Assist surgeons with procedures, resuscitations, and operative care

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary trauma team

• Document care using Epic EMR

• Practice with autonomy in a high-acuity setting

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary: $136,822 – $179,379 (based on experience)

• Up to $10,000 annual quality incentive

✅ Requirements

• NCCPA-certified Physician Assistant

• Active Colorado PA license

• Eligible for DEA & Medicare/Medicaid enrollment

• BLS required

• 2+ years of trauma surgery experience
  or completion of a surgical fellowship

• Clean malpractice and license history

• Comfortable working independently overnight
