Responsibilities and Duties
- Serve as first assist in general surgery cases, focusing on GYN procedures
- Perform and interpret transvaginal ultrasound examinations
- Collaborate with attending surgeons, always with backup available
- Provide care during flexible shifts, including weekends and nights
- Maintain accurate documentation and effective communication with the surgical team
Additional Information
- Active New York license required
- Board certification in General Surgery is required
- Must have demonstrated experience in GYN cases and proficiency in transvaginal ultrasound
