Locums – NP/PA General Surgery | Sandy Springs, Georgia
Dates Needed:
- January 5 – March 31, 2026
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Estimated patients: 10–15 per day
- Responsibilities: small procedures (lump and bump removals), clinic visits
- No surgical responsibilities
- The procedures that our PA currently does in office is removal of skin cancers, lipomas, and cysts. These are cases that are too big for dermatology to remove in the office and are sent to general surgery
- Typically, they would see post hospitalization patients. This could include bread and butter general surgery (cholecystectomy, appendectomy, hernia, anorectal)
- Facility will accept multiple providers
- The youngest age seen is 18
- Sometimes will be working solo in office
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Required
- Active GA License Required
- EMR: Epic
- Significant general surgery experience required also experience assisting in OR
- At least 1 year of general surgery expereince
- No life support certifications are needed
