A community hospital in Brooklyn is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join its Cardiac Cath Lab and Operating Room teams, assisting cardiologists and cardiovascular surgeons with a variety of procedures. This is a hospital-employed position offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. The role provides the opportunity to first assist in a state-of-the-art, one-year-old cath lab and support procedures in the OR alongside one of the top cardiology programs in the city. Training will be provided in collaboration with physicians at Maimonides Medical Center.

Compensation : $164000 - $192000 Job ID : 40248
Job Function:
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM; expect three 12-hour shifts per week (rotating schedule).
Reports to the VP of Perioperative Services.
Obtain arterial and venous access for procedures.
Assist in right and left heart interventions and intracoronary interventions.
Assist in intravascular diagnostic and interventional procedures and document preliminary results.
Job Requirements:
- 1 years experience in Cardiac Surgery or a Cath Lab setting preferred but not required.
- Must be BC and have NY license.
- Masters Degree as a Physician Assistant.
